Seeking a permanent (not temp) position as a Tier 2 (Level 2) Microsoft PC Desktop Support Technician.

What I have to offer, if hired, is to help the individual end user have the best possible experience using their Windows PC to accomplish their individual job tasks. My knowledge base is in Microsoft Workstation software, hardware and physical network wiring, but I can take instructions on other OSs to fix minor issues. I am very willing to have OJT training in servers, but my main expertise currently is Microsoft workstations and associated hardware.

Some accomplishments (in alphabetical order):

Automating tasks minimizing human error, increasing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Created method for anyone to easily program scanners
Focused on the job is to serve the end client and give the best service to meet end users' needs with the highest morals, ethics and what is best for all involved.

Patient with and listen to frustrated users resolving their computer issues to their satisfaction.
Set up home network routers.
Set up Wi-Fi.
Strive to help my fellow workers to succeed.

Work independently but collaborate best with a team, aiding each other by mentoring and being mentored.

I do not play office politics. I have no desire to be a manager, purchasing agent, inventory control, or similar positions.

I am available to take a contract to hire position to see if I am a good fit but only if the end goal is for a permanent position.
